You can choose your desired product and make the payment via bank transfer.

Once the payment transaction is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from Mai Historia.

When placing an order, you will need to pay a deposit of 30 – 50% of the product’s value.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact Mai Historia’s hotline at 0833835369 for assistance.

If you cancel or modify your order before the 3D modelling stage, you will not lose your deposit.

If you cancel or modify your order during or after the 3D modelling stage, you will lose your deposit.

You can order bespoke products made from metals like Silver (925, 950) and Gold (10k-14k-18k). For gold, we offer Red gold, White gold, and Rose gold.

Regarding natural stones, Mai Historia offers gemstones (diamond, ruby, sapphire, emerald) and semi-precious stones (topaz, citrine, amethyst, garnet, peridot, aquamarine, spinel, zircon, tourmaline, opal…). Mai Historia can cut gemstones to your required size and shape.

Regarding synthetic stones, Mai Historia offers synthetic diamonds, moissanite, and cubic zirconia.

If you need jewellery designed with a type of stone not mentioned above, please contact Mai Historia for assistance.

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City: if your order exceeds 5 million VND, you should come directly to the store to pick up your order. If your order is under 5 million VND, we can send the items via express delivery services.

For customers in other provinces: Orders will be sent via the postal service.

For international customers: Orders will be sent via DHL or FedEx services.

The production time for bespoke jewellery is approximately 14 – 21 days (excluding holidays and Tet).

Delivery time is 1-3 days for addresses within Ho Chi Minh City, and 3-5 days for other addresses (delivery time may be longer for rural areas).

If you need expedited shipping, please contact Mai Historia for support. In this case, you will be responsible for the expedited shipping fee.

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Mai Historia immediately for support. We will take responsibility for working with the delivery partner until the package reaches you.

For products available at the store, within 03 days from the date of purchase, if the product is intact and unused, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.

For custom-made products, exchanges are not possible. However, Mai Historia can support product modifications (if feasible) for a fee.

Mai Historia offers a 1-year warranty for the main gemstone and accent stones.

Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty for polishing and cleaning jewellery purchased from our store.
