1. Warranty policy

Mai Historia offers a 1-year warranty for the main gemstone and accent stones.

Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty for polishing and cleaning jewellery purchased from our store.

2. Exchange and Return Policy

Gold will be bought back at market price.

Coloured stones of all sizes and diamonds < 4.0mm are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Diamonds > 4.0mm will incur a 35% loss if they are coloured diamonds and a 30% loss if they are white diamonds.

Note: The product must be intact, the gold must not be worn down, and the stones must not be broken, cracked, or scratched; it must also include the receipt, certification report, and appraisal card. If these conditions are not met, we will assess the buyback price at the time of evaluation.
