A place to honor the beauty of jewellery

“Mai Historia” combines the Greek word “Historia,” borrowed from classical Latin, meaning “History”, with “Mai”, which, coincidentally, signifies “Tomorrow”. Additionally, “Hoa Mai” is synonymous with a flower that blossoms during Tet, the Vietnamese New Year. Consequently, “Mai Historia” represents nothing short of an inspirational love story that began in the central plains of Vietnam and extended to the Emerald Capital of the world, Colombia.

Upon my return from Colombia in 2019, a desire arose within me to unravel not only the mysteries surrounding the exquisite and profound beauty of Emeralds but also other equally magnificent gifts of nature

The words of Ralph Lauren manifested like an inspiration in my heart: “A lot of hard work is hidden behind nice things”.

This ignited within me the need to not only connect but also reflect, inspire, and appreciate the opportunity presented in the form of natural gems of unspeakable beauty transformed into works of art.

By incorporating beads and gemstones into garments and accessories, Mai Historia enhances their appearance, complimenting the embroidery and beading skills of our talented craftsmen. This allows individuals the freedom to express their personal style while making a statement. Whether it be a necklace, bracelet, brooch, or customized jewelry, each piece serves as an expression of one’s personal tastes, beliefs, and values in today’s fashion industry. This realization not only guided my selection process but also prompted me to manifest colors into my sunset sky, celebrating this momentous milestone on my journey.

And just like the beautiful “Mai” flowers that blossomed during Tet 2019, Mai Historia came into being.
